The seller offered a partial refund or I could return the item, I chose to keep the item and buy a blade. I told the seller that they need not refund me and I would just eat the cost of the blade and consider it a lesson learned. This seller refunded me the full cost of the blade, they went above and beyond. AAA+

    One of the most useful tools for the kitchen

    One of my favorite kitchen tools — bought this one as a gift. It was shipped very fast. It appears to be new, however the round blades were slightly bent, but they were easily fixed.
